How to Find Your Model Number
The model number label is located on the underside of the step stool. Flip the stool over and look for a white sticker showing the model number (WD1764, WD1357, or WD1720) as shown in the photo.

What You Need to Do
Stop Use Immediately
Discontinue use of the product right away and keep it out of reach of children until the replacement unit has been installed.
Take a Photo of Your Product
Photograph your step stool showing the model number label (WD1764, WD1357, or WD1720) found on the underside of the stool.
Email Woodure
Send your photo, order number (if available), and purchase channel to [email protected] to request your free replacement unit.
Install & Resume Safe Use
Follow the included instructions to install the protective nets and stabilizing feet. Your stool will then be safe to use again.
